Attribute: Has minimum lifespan of 25 years, hard wood with Egg shell or Creamy colors. Used for floor and wall.
Mixed jointed wood

Attribute: Cheap and easy to use. Best suited for using as furniture structure.
Tongue and groove flooring

Attribute: Used for laying house floor. Best suited for houses those need long floor laying with wood flooring.
